
Bookings
Bookings can be made via telephone, email or in writing to our booking office if
you prefer. We accept major credit and debit cards at no additional charge, or payments by cheque (£ sterling only) and bank transfer.
Once we receive your booking, we will finalise the villa or apartment reservation with our service providers in Dubai. A booking confirmation and reference number will then be sent to you by email. Please note that the booking is not fully confirmed until you receive this reference number.

Security deposit
When we take your payment, we will also request a security deposit, to cover us against any
breakages or damage to the property or its contents during your stay. If there is no damage, the deposit will be refunded
to you within 14 days after the end of your stay.
My Account
Once you have registered with Jebel, you can access your booking at any time prior to departure. Simply log into the site, and select My Account.
You can also call us to make amendments, to order additional services or to add your flight details.
Booking office opening hours
UK booking office hours are 9am-6pm (GMT+1; BST) Monday-Saturday. All call-back requests will be returned within one working day.
