Property Details
The villa boasts a kidney-shaped private swimming pool with spa jets and ample outside seating. Access is from the open-plan lounge/dining area and separate fully-equipped kitchen. The lounge has a TV and DVD and Internet access. A separate WC, a study/spare bedroom and a large utility room are also located on the ground floor, complete with washing machine and ironing facilities.

Upstairs, the double master bedroom has a dressing area and en-suite bathroom, and a balcony overlooking the garden and lake with fountain beyond. There is a second double bedroom and the third bedroom has twin beds, and there is a family bathroom. There is also a family TV room at the top of the staircase. Maid service is provided weekly, along with bedlinen and towels.

There is also a community pool, with children’s play equipment, basketball hoop, and grassed area with sunbeds just a minute’s stroll away.
